One person creates the business in Settings → Team & Dashboard and becomes the admin. Techs install the app, sign in with their own account, and enter the 8-character invite code. From then on everyone's reports share one history and the admin gets the Dashboard.

Yes. Settings → Report types lets you add, rename and reorder checklist items. You can also build entire report types from scratch with the Form Builder.
The map appears when the address has been found by Apple's address lookup. Pick the address from the suggestions as you type. You can turn the map off per report in Settings.
In the app: Settings, tap your name at the top, then Delete account at the bottom of the Account page. It removes your cloud data and account permanently. Or email us and we'll do it for you.
