Building & Carpentry guides

Building inspection work splits three ways. A pre-purchase inspection follows AS 4349.1 and advises a buyer. A practical completion inspection has no standard at all and is assessed against the contract and your state tolerance guide. Stage inspections are contract QA that run alongside the certifier's statutory ones without replacing them.
